Morning Sun Shines Slightly on Dhaka Stocks

Today, DSE posted a minimal gain in the morning session. As selective buying helped the market recover little bit from the previous day’s losses. Although overall sentiment remained cautious situation.

At the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) Indices showed limited movement in trade, with the benchmark DSEX index rising 4.96 points, or 0.09 percent, to reach 5,415.85 by 11:38 am.
On the other hand, Shariah-compliant DSES index rises up 0.007 percent to 1,189.69, As the blue-chip DS30 index slipped 0.09 percent to 2,102.86, that showing the mixed investor sentiment.
Overlook, a key indicator of market participation, stood at Tk 387.56 crore during the session, indicating moderate trading activity. The Market breadth was mixed, with 172 exposur  advancing, 143 down towards, and 79 remaining at same.
